Privacy policy
Information under Art. 13 GDPR: what data is processed when you visit this website or send an enquiry, on what legal basis, and for how long.
Controller
The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is:
Munich Devs, Farhan Masood, Obere Hauptstraße 7, 85376 Massenhausen, Deutschland, info@munichdevs.de
Principle
This website loads no content from third-party servers. Fonts, images, stylesheets and scripts are served exclusively from munichdevs.de. No cookies are set, no analytics are performed, and no maps, videos or social networks are embedded.
For that reason there is no consent banner on this website: there is nothing that would require consent. That this remains true is verified automatically on every build.
Server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically stores data in server log files that your browser transmits. These are:
- IP address
- date and time of the request
- the address requested and the volume of data transferred
- notification of whether the request succeeded
- browser type and operating system
- the previously visited page, where your browser transmits it
Legal basis and purpose of the log files
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically correct operation and the security of the website. This data is not combined with other sources and is not analysed for advertising purposes.
Log files are rotated on a regular cycle and deleted shortly afterwards.
Hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland. The provider processes the log file data above on our behalf. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. The servers are located in Germany.
Requesting a free demo
If you use the form to request a free demo, we process the details you enter there: business name, the address of an existing website, a description of what you do, your location, your name, your email address, and optionally a phone number and your comments.
The purpose is to produce the requested draft and to contact you about it. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give expressly in the form and may withdraw at any time informally, and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as the processing serves steps prior to entering a contract.
Your details are sent by email to demo@munichdevs.de and stored there. If no contract results, we delete your details and the draft produced after at most 6 months. On request we delete both immediately; an informal email is enough.
The draft produced sits at an address that is not publicly linked and is blocked from search engines.
Contact form and email
If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding.
We delete this data once the enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Form protection
To protect against automated abuse, our forms contain a field invisible to humans and evaluate how quickly the form was completed. We also limit the number of submissions per sender. For that we store a cryptographic hash of your IP address, not the address itself, for at most one hour. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No third-party service is involved.
Recipients and transfers to third countries
Data collected through this website is not passed to third parties, with the exception of the hosting provider named above acting as a processor.
This policy covers the operation of this website only. Enquiries sent through the forms, and the mailboxes they reach, are processed in Germany and handled by management in Munich. That data is not transferred to a third country.
Distinct from that is the delivery of our services under a contract. Our development team is international and works partly outside the EU. If you engage us, in particular for a dedicated team, that may involve a transfer of personal data to a third country without an adequacy decision. Such a transfer is then based on a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR, and a documented transfer impact assessment. We name the specific recipient country and the details in writing in the data processing agreement before a project starts.
Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- access under Art. 15 GDPR
- rectification under Art. 16 GDPR
- erasure under Art. 17 GDPR
- restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR
- data portability under Art. 20 GDPR
- objection to processing under Art. 21 GDPR
- withdrawal of consent under Art. 7(3) GDPR, with effect for the future
Right to complain
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is:
Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Postfach 1349, 91504 Ansbach
Encryption
This website is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS. Requests over HTTP are redirected automatically to the encrypted connection.
