Common questions
Does our data go to OpenAI or similar providers?
Only if you want it to and we agree it in writing first. For sensitive data we work with European hosting or with models running on your own infrastructure. What goes where is settled before the first prototype.
What if the AI answers wrongly?
We assume it will, so we build so that it shows. Answers cite their source, uncertain cases go to a person, and anything leaving the company is approved. We do not build systems that are never checked.
Is this worth it for a small business?
Sometimes, often not. If a process happens rarely or looks different every time, the solution costs more than it saves. We say so in the first conversation and leave it there.
