Cloud & DevOps

The part nobody sees and everybody notices when it is missing: that your systems run, can be updated safely, and can be put back when something goes wrong.

What you get

Hosting in Germany

Servers with German providers, with a data processing agreement. For most clients that is the simplest answer to the data protection question.

Deployments you can undo

Every release is a tested, named package. If something goes wrong the previous state is back within minutes, and it is exactly the one that was running before.

Tests before anything ships

Nothing goes live that has not passed its checks. That is the difference between "we uploaded it" and "we know it works".

Backups that get tested

Regular backups and, more importantly, an occasional restore drill. A backup that has never been restored is an assumption.

Monitoring

Availability, certificate expiry and error rates are watched. You hear about an outage from us, not from your customers.

Migrations

Moves between providers, with a runbook and a way back. Particularly when email moves too, which is the dangerous part.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Take stock

What runs where, who has access, what happens in an outage. Often that alone is the revelation.

  2. 02

A plan with a way back

Every step gets a rollback. Without one we do not start.

  3. 03

    Cut over outside business hours

We schedule changes for when a mistake costs least.

  4. 04

    Handover with documentation

You get a description someone else could run the system from.

What it costs

Indicative figures so you can place us. You get a fixed price up front, not an estimate that grows later.

Assessment

from €890

A written assessment of your current environment with prioritised recommendations.

Environment setup

from €1,900

Hosting, automated releases with rollback, backups and monitoring.

Migration

time and materials

Depends what moves. Email migrations are always planned separately and in writing.

Common questions

Can our email be lost during a migration?

With a badly planned migration yes, which is why we always commission email separately and plan it in writing. There is a runbook, a time window and a way back. We do not touch a working mailbox in passing.

Do we have to move to a particular provider?

No. We work with German providers and with the large platforms. If you are already somewhere and it works, a migration is often the wrong recommendation.

What if we stop working with you?

We hand over credentials and documentation. Nothing runs in our name that should run in yours, and we do not withhold access.

Let us talk about your project.

Thirty minutes, no obligation, by video or phone. We listen, give you our read, and say honestly whether we are the right people for it.
