Location is your call
We agree where your team sits before we start. If your data may not leave the EU we staff inside the EU only. If cost matters more, we show you the alternatives with what each one costs.
Data protection documented
A data processing agreement, plus standard contractual clauses and a documented transfer impact assessment if the team is staffed outside the EU. Your compliance team gets a complete file.
Cancellable monthly
One month’s notice, no annual contract. If it is not working you should be able to leave without it hurting.

Common questions
Where are the developers based?
That is partly your decision. We staff from several locations and agree in the first conversation what suits you: inside the EU where data protection or procurement rules require it, or outside where cost is the deciding factor. You get the options with what each costs and the matching data protection paperwork. Your point of contact and the contracting party are in Munich either way.
What does that mean for our data?
Staffed inside the EU, your data does not leave the EU. Staffed outside, the basis is a data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR and a documented transfer impact assessment, with the recipient country named in the contract. Which one you get is decided by you before the project starts, not by us.
Is this employee leasing?
No, and we are careful about it. Our team works under our direction and delivers a defined service to you rather than being integrated into your organisation. We fix that distinction in the contract, because otherwise it becomes your problem.
What language does this run in?
German with us, English within the team. If you would rather talk to the developers directly, that works in English.
