Where we work
Management, consulting and project leadership are in the Munich area. Development is handled by our established international team, which we work with on an ongoing basis. Working hours overlap with the German day, so a full morning is shared.
And what that means for data
Parts of our development team work outside the EU. If you book a dedicated team, a transfer to a third country may be involved. The basis for that is a data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR and a documented transfer impact assessment, which you receive before a project starts. If your data may not leave the EU, tell us up front and we will either work differently or decline.
